What is your return policy?

We are pleased to offer free returns on all domestic U.S. orders in the 48 contiguous states. For all orders placed on our site please include the return slip which is generated once you’ve completed the online return process. You can also visit one of our stores to return or make an exchange. Please have your order confirmation number and bring your items in the original packaging. Third party retailers and vendors do not accept purchased on our site or at an Johny Weber Store. 

We will send you an email with a link to track your package once your order has shipped. The subject line will read “Allen Edmonds Shipping Acknowledgement.”

To better serve our customers, we process and ship orders very quickly.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, there is a one (1) hour window after the order is placed to cancel orders, excluding Factory Second items. Once this window has passed, you can return your order by mail.

We are pleased to offer international shipping in partnership with Borderfree. From our website, simply click the “Ship To” link at the top of our homepage. Choose the shipping destination and preferred currency on the screen that appears, then begin shopping.

You should see a confirmation screen and receive an email immediately after placing an order. If you did not receive a confirmation email send us a message
