What is your return policy?

We are pleased to offer free returns on all domestic U.S. orders in the 50 contiguous states. For all orders placed on our site please include the return slip which is generated once you’ve completed the online return process. Third party retailers and vendors do not accept purchased on our site or at an Johny Weber Store. 

We will send you an email with a link to track your package once your order has shipped. The subject line will read “Johny Weber Shipping Acknowledgement.”

To better serve our customers, we process and ship orders very quickly.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, there is a one (1) hour window after the order is placed to cancel orders, excluding Factory Second items. Once this window has passed, you can return your order by mail.

You should see a confirmation screen and receive an email immediately after placing an order. If you did not receive a confirmation email send us a message
